Your data always remains yours. If you decide to end the service, we provide a complete export of all campaign data including conversation histories, appointment records, and performance metrics within 7 business days. All your contact information is securely transferred back to you in standard formats (CSV, JSON) that work with any CRM system. We then permanently delete all copies of your data from our systems within 30 days, providing you with a certificate of deletion for your records. There's no data hostage situation here—you maintain full ownership and control.
