You can pause at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of your current billing cycle. We just need at least three business days’ notice before the cycle ends. Because we reserve dedicated senior talent for your account each month, pausing takes effect at the next cycle - similar to how a Netflix subscription works. This helps us keep the right people available and maintain consistent quality.
We run a monthly health check to identify any issues using Webflow’s Audit feature. This includes fixing missing alt text, non-descriptive link content, skipped heading levels, broken links, and optimising images through compression. This is a technical upkeep service that keeps your site clean, fast, and accessible.
No. The Embedded membership is focused on execution. It includes our design, Webflow development, JavaScript development, and automation services. Larger strategic projects, API integrations, or specialised add-ons sit outside the membership and can be scoped separately if needed.
Yes, you can add as many requests to your queue as you like and we’ll work through them one at a time
If you run out of work, you can move to the Access plan ($395) for the next month. This keeps your Slack channels open and gives you access to quick advice or direction from our team while your account is parked. When you’re ready, you can jump back into the Embedded plan.
