Overview

Rex Cirrus8 builds cloud software for the commercial property industry. Their platform helps asset managers handle portfolio management and make faster decisions with better data.

They needed a marketing website that matched their product and worked for a global audience. We worked with their team across strategy, design, and Webflow development to rebuild it from the ground up.

The Challenge

Rex Cirrus8 had a strong product but a website that was holding them back. It was difficult to update, couldn't support localisation, and didn't communicate what the product actually did.

Coming into the project, the main problems were:

  • The site wasn't landing with international buyers
  • No component system in place, so any updates needed a developer
  • No localisation support, which was a blocker for planned regional expansion
  • The overall experience didn't reflect the quality of the product

Our Approach

We used our 224 Go-To-Market Website System to run this project. It works in three phases: Discover, Create, and Enable.

Discover - We started by getting clear on who the website was for, what role it needed to play for Rex Cirrus8, and what success looked like. That meant understanding their global market, defining the site's strategic priorities, existing SEO, and providing a recommended sitemap and content architecture before anything was designed.

The goal here was confident execution, not reactive build. Everything in production was grounded in a clear brief.

Create - With strategy confirmed, we designed the full set of page layouts and established the component system. Then we built it in Webflow, including the CMS structure, animation framework using GSAP, and localisation logic.

The focus was on building a system, not just a site. Something their team could extend without starting from scratch every time.

Enable - Once the build was done, we migrated the site into Rex Cirrus8's Webflow workspace, ran a training session with their marketing team, and handed over the completed Figma files covering the design system and how to manage the site going forward.

They left with full ownership. No ongoing dependency on us to make updates.

What We Built

Component-based design system - Every section was built as a reusable component. Pages are assembled from a shared library, so the site stays consistent as new pages and campaigns are added.

GSAP Animations - Page load animations and transitions were applied across the site. The motion adds polish without slowing things down.

Localisation - The Webflow architecture was structured to support multiple regions from day one. CMS collections, layout logic, and content routing were all set up to adapt across markets.

Webflow CMS - The team can now publish and update content across product pages and regional variants without writing any code.

Outcomes

The site launched in November 2025. Rex Cirrus8 now has a website that works for their team and their market.
